The house layout is nice. Absolutely needs some paint, repairing up in a few places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. Thank you for your feedback.  Without a question this residence is really a standard beach house and when you expect more this is not the place for yourself.  As for the outdoor spigot, without going into plenty of details lets just say that it truly is during the works to become addressed.

We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most with the time we were there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have quite a bit to try and do within the rain, so make a backup plan just in case.

I loved that there have been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who would like to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once again or suggest it to a friend.

4 The owner replaced the fridge considering the fact that our last stay 2 years ago, which was needed. I feel that the house owner needs to address two or three issues. The cannabis-legislation main grievance that I have with the house could be the sliding glass doorways. Most, Otherwise all, of these really need being replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the dwelling/kitchen area area to your rear deck) is extremely tricky to open.
